Returns are not accepted on personalised gifts unless faulty. Images cannot be changed without extra charge once the Photogem is produced. Once confirmation is received for a personalised order and that order is in process there are not returns.

If you find fault with your Photogem please contact customer service 

Photogems are waterproof and perfectly happy to be worn 

at all times. They can be cleaned with silver/gold dip but please

 try to keep them away from moisturizers and essential oils as 

this will degrade the glass like surface. 

Leather wraps need to be kept dry and will gain a softness and

 patina of age the more you wear it.

When your Photogem is not being worn please store away from

 natural sunlight.
